Terms of use
Tutorish helps learners find tutors, reserve lessons and communicate. Tutors provide the tutoring services. These terms describe the platform’s current functions and users’ responsibilities.
Who is responsible for Tutorish

Your account and participation
Use accurate information and an email address you control. Verify your email for protected booking and tutor features. Keep your password private, do not impersonate others and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the material you submit and your permission to share it.
Minors need their legal representative’s consent unless applicable law permits them to act independently. Where consent is needed, the representative must contact tutorish4@gmail.com before booking to arrange it. Bookings for children under 14 must be made by their representative. Tutorish has no separate guardian accounts or automated age or consent verification.
Bookings and course requests
Choosing an available future hour immediately books a 60-minute lesson for both participants. No further tutor confirmation is required. Check the subject, date, time and timezone before booking. Acceptance of a request to discuss a course does not schedule a lesson or create a meeting.
Prices and payment
Tutors list an hourly rate in KZT. The lesson amount is fixed at booking and shown on the lesson page. When manual payment is enabled, transfer this amount through Kaspi to Alina Saadabaeva using the card details on that page and the comment «Тюторинг», then upload a PDF or image receipt. Staff match the receipt to the incoming bank transfer and confirm payment, ask for clarification or reject the receipt with an explanation. Do not transfer again while a receipt is under review; ask the payment reviewer if anything is unclear. Tutorish does not automatically charge a card, verify bank transactions, issue fiscal receipts or process refunds. For payment, cancellation or refund questions, contact support or tutorish4@gmail.com; requests are handled manually. For new paid bookings with receipt reminders enabled, upload a receipt within 10 minutes. Otherwise the lesson is paused while its time stays reserved. Booking details are emailed without a meeting link. A Meet reminder is scheduled 15 minutes before the lesson, provided a receipt is uploaded (or shortly after a later upload), even if review is pending; both participants are informed that upload is not payment confirmation. The tutor may teach before review at their discretion or wait for verification. After staff confirm payment, the tutor is expected to conduct the lesson as scheduled. Contact support urgently if the lesson is near and review is delayed, or if payment was made but a receipt cannot be uploaded. Receipt rejection does not cancel a lesson. Staff can cancel it separately with a reason, release the time and notify both participants. Cancellation does not issue a refund. Free lessons require no payment. Never send your card security code, bank password or verification codes.
Cancellation, rescheduling and missed lessons
Contact the other participant promptly if you need to cancel, reschedule or will be late; ask support for help when needed. Changes are discussed manually through messages or support. Participants arrange cancellation or rescheduling through support; authorized staff can cancel a lesson in their dashboard. A message alone does not change the booking or release its time. Agree cancellation or refund conditions before payment, subject to applicable law.
Joining an online lesson
Where Google Meet is enabled, use the private link on your lesson page and sign in to Google with your Tutorish email. Do not share the link with others. Email acceptance by a provider does not guarantee receipt; check the lesson page if a message is missing. Entry depends on Google’s controls, your account and connection. If you cannot join, contact the tutor and support to agree the next step. Tutorish does not provide lesson recording.
Respectful use and your materials
Do not threaten, harass, discriminate, commit fraud, send spam or malicious links, or access someone else’s account. Respect personal information and copyright. Follow your institution’s academic integrity rules; do not offer to take an exam for someone else or pass off another person’s work as your own.
You retain rights to your materials. You allow Tutorish to store and display what you submit as needed for the feature you use, such as a public profile or a message to its recipient. This does not authorize use of your photo or private messages in advertising.
Tutor review and support
Only tutors with an approved profile can appear publicly and receive new bookings. Approval is not a diploma, accreditation or guarantee of results. A moderator may reject or withdraw approval with an explanation; existing confirmed lessons are not automatically cancelled. Contact support about a decision. Support replies appear inside Tutorish, so return to your request to check them.
Service limits and your rights
Agree learning goals and preparation with your tutor. Tutorish does not promise a particular grade, exam result or admission outcome. Internet or provider failures may interrupt access. These terms do not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit your mandatory consumer and personal data rights.
Contact the operators about a complaint, account closure or unresolved lesson issue. Account closure and personal data requests require manual handling. These terms apply together with Kazakhstan law; you retain legally available complaint and dispute procedures. The date above identifies this version. Material changes must be explained before application and require renewed acceptance or consent where legally necessary. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
